What Are Thermogenics?
Thermogenics are dietary supplements used in weight loss and weight lifting. Thermogenics raise metabolic functioning using stimulants like caffeine, ginger and ephedrine. Thermogenics increase the activity of the nervous system. As your nervous system speeds up, the body's functions, like heart rate and our rate of breathing speed up.
